Metal workshop

We work with all common metallic raw materials including steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, and aluminum in various alloys. Materials and production methods are selected based on usage, appearance, and environmental durability.
Hermann’s specializes in small series and unique custom pieces, combining industrial methods with expert craftsmanship. Whether it’s a detailed furniture component or a multi-floor spiral staircase, we maintain the same uncompromising quality standards across all products.

Wood workshop

We transform solid wood, wood panels, laminates, and composites into exquisite furniture and interior elements. Every work step is carefully planned, and skilled carpentry brings out the best in each material.
Wood, as a living material, requires knowledge and respect. With decades of experience, we understand its behavior and characteristics, ensuring each product is both functional and beautiful. Final assembly includes combining materials into a seamless product, followed by strict quality control before delivery.

Module workshop

We manufacture high-value, prefabricated modules such as demanding wet units for shipbuilding and other challenging projects. Our in-house capabilities cover the entire process – from precise 3D design and pre-assembly to fully test-assembled units – ensuring seamless installation and minimal on-site work.

Modules require a combination of engineering precision, craftsmanship, and logistical expertise. Our approach guarantees consistent quality, reliable delivery, and cost efficiency, even in the most complex projects.

Paint shop & surface finishing

Surface finishing enhances both the appearance and durability of a product. This industrial process can be mechanical, chemical, or electrical, and involves altering, reshaping, or coating the surface of materials.
Our paint shop handles all types of surfaces including metal, plastic, ceramics, and composites, ensuring your product looks stunning and lasts long.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is a precision technology that uses a high-pressure jet of water—or a water-abrasive mix—to cut a wide variety of materials.
Pure waterjet cutting: Uses only water for softer materials.
Abrasive jet cutting: Uses water mixed with abrasive for cutting hard materials like metal, stone, or composites.

This method offers clean, precise cuts without generating heat or damaging the material structure.
