Our service covers a wide range of different options and techniques for surface treatment to achieve the desired properties, whether related to appearance or physical properties.

Wet painting

Our expertise in wet painting covers a variety of different base materials and their versatile surface treatment options as painting, staining, varnishing and waxing. Service includes assisting the customer in selecting the most appropriate technology or combination of technologies and ensuring that the requirements and regulations set for different industries are always met. Our production facilities are equipped with a taylor made spray paint and drying booth which meets high surface quality requirements and the ability to handle objects of various sizes and shapes with high capacity and fast throughput times.

Mechanical surface treatment

Mechanical surface treatment enables different appearance properties: all corrosion-resistant metals can be polished or brushed either by industrial methods or by handicraft.

Difficult shapes are usually done by hand and require high degree of skill and experience and are therefore our specialty and passion!

Technical films

Technical films, tapes and decals can be used to imitate or reproduce a variety of authentic materials such as veneer wood grain or images as well as modifying the light transmission of the material.

Technical films can also be used to protect during transport and installation, ensuring the life cycle of the finished product until it is delivered to the customer.

Surface post processing techniques

Products can be post-treated after the actual surface treatment with various techniques such as polishing painted surface or protective coating against uv-light, oxidation, corrosion or fingerprints.
